Veggies with Vavoom. Have you tried preparing vegetables by using a spiral slicer or picked up a pre-packaged product in the grocery store? It can bring some fun variety to the table! One of our favorite recipes uses zuchinni — just toss the spirals into a pan with a drizzle of water and olive oil and sauté for a couple of minutes. Garnish with a little parmesan or keep ’em plain.
